Urbaneer focuses on small footprint housing and furniture solutions to create sustainable communities. Pure partnered with Urbaneer to develop exterior designs, modular additions, and outdoor spaces for prototypical small format housing models.   

Pure worked to advance Urbaneer’s existing concept for 60’two-bedroom compact housing.  With Urbaneer’s long-term vision of developing senior living and short-term rental communities in mind, our team proposed exterior designs, materials, and window sizes and locations, as well as potential add-ons, such as garages, basements/stairways, and additional bedrooms.  We also created renderings for multiple prototypes and studied potential sites for feasibility.
