Following a contracted facility assessment and lead design architect’s strategic visioning and programming, Pure has worked closely with the YMCA to begin implementing both renovation and maintenance projects across the YMCA of Greater Grand Rapids’ properties.  The projects represent a multi-year capital expenditure to refresh and reposition spaces to better serve membership while working within limited budgets and operational constraints:
