Pure designed this new four-story mixed-use building along Grand Rapids' west side.
Situated along prominent Fulton Street, the building will serve as a new headquarters for Construction Simplified. The site is a well-known threshold from downtown Grand Rapids to the West Fulton neighborhood. CS will have offices on the third floor with their conference spaces, social gathering spaces, outdoor patio, and collaborative work spaces on the fourth floor.
The first floor of the project houses retail space with a dedicated entry at the corner of Fulton and Lexington. To the north of the building is a public and private parking lot that connects to two three-story residential buildings.
