Constructed over 130 years ago, the formerly vacant facility had been home to multiple businesses, including a bakery, auto body shop, and car wash.  Pure’s design transformed the heavily damaged 6,427 sf facility into high-ed sports and networking space, with a custom lounge and state-of-the-art sports flooring.  We rebuilt the masonry exterior to provide a fresh aesthetic that retains the building’s historic character.

With three pickleball courts, three golf simulators, and a high-end bar, Pickle + Pin offers an elevated club atmosphere designed for networking and business events.
