Pure Architects partnered with IGNYTE Design to provide architectural support for St. Joseph Public Schools.

This project included upgrading the HVAC units from horizontal unit vents to self-contained vertical unit vents and replacing electrical gear at Brown Elementary, E.P. Clarke Elementary, and Lincoln Elementary Schools with an $11.2M construction budget. We coordinated the surgical replacement of the units, distribution, power, and associated finished to minimize the impact of construction and stretch their budget.

Following this project, Pure began planning and programming for St. Joseph Public Schools' 2025 Bond Program. They are pursuing a large project at their High School and other district improvements. We have completed a Facility Condition Assessment of all buildings in partnership with a construction manager.

This project was a single phase design and construction effort, including door replacements at Brown Elementary, Upton Middle, and E.P. Clarke Elementary Schools, and flooring replacement at Lincoln Elementary School.
