We are brought together by a shared system of beliefs that permeate our work, our relationships, and our behaviors.

We believe in a built environment that promotes both physical and mental well-being of its users. We have both an opportunity and a responsibility to make our buildings healthier, safer, and more nurturing of our wellness and relationships.

We believe that human and climate health are intricately linked. We are passionate environmental sustainability experts who seek to leverage our profession’s knowledge to create impactful building solutions that benefit our climate and those who live in it.

We believe in an inclusive and equitable process and that drives empathic design outcomes. Our process is rooted in the idea that to solve problems for others, you must deeply understand their lived experiences and empathize with their perspectives.

Together, we thrive in an open office environment. It fosters a collaborative and energetic studio that values design critiques, cross discipline thinking, and mentorship. We value senior staff and emerging perspectives, embracing the value of commingling new ideas and lived experiences. We are actively engaged in service through Board work, volunteer opportunities, and pro-bono projects. Among our many recognitions, we are most proud of our EPIC Award for Small Business of the Year which celebrates our people-first culture, design and business leadership, and the passion we exude for our clients.
