UMCH (United Methodist Community House) is bringing intergenerational learning and community space to the South Division corridor.

Grand Rapids’ UMCH (United Methodist Community House) is developing a beautiful 45,000 sf community center and early childhood center. As development continues along Grand Rapids’ South Division corridor, this project will set a standard for community engagement and funding partnerships.

The $22 Million expansion is located across the street from the non-profit’s current location at 904 Sheldon Avenue Southeast. The project will increase the breadth and depth of UMCH’s already-vaunted programs supporting individuals and families through every life stage.
