The Role
You will be responsible for multiple projects from contract through installation of furnishings, serving as the primary contact for interior experience design. You’ll manage scope, documentation, budget, while maintaining strong client relationships.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Collaboration with clients, architects, engineers and contractors to determine project logistics and deliver an excellent interior experience.
- Multiple interior projects from concept to installation to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaboration with the project team to create design concepts and select materials, furniture, and other equipment in alignment with Pure’s and client’s brand standards.
- Use of software to create illustrative renderings of design concepts and final plans.
- Documentation of interior finishes and details in construction documents.
- Creates and conducts presentations to the team and clients including look and feel presentations and rendering of materials needed for each project.
- Maintains current knowledge of trends, materials, techniques, and other developments in interior design.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s of Interior Design required
- Minimum four (4) years of experience working in a Professional Interior Design capacity.
- NCIDQ License preferred
- LEED, WELL, Fitwell, LFA Accreditation a plus
Tools & Technical Experience
- Experience using Autodesk Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam.
- Comprehensive knowledge of building, ADA, and energy codes related to interior design and finishes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of interior finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Experience with furniture design and furniture selection is preferred but not required.
- Strong design skills, understanding of user experience in space, and craft of interior finishes.
- Research skills, an ability to critically think through problems.
- Great communication skills, ability to communicate verbally, graphically, and in writing.
- High emotional intelligence, project management skills, and leadership abilities.
